Jennifer O’Neill – President

Jennifer O’Neill is President & CEO of Malham USA. Mrs. O’Neill’s position includes responsibility for strategy, sales, marketing & business development. Jennifer has over 12 years of Enterprise Sales & Account Management experience. Prior to founding Malham USA, Mrs. O’Neill held the positions of Digital Media Consultant and Global Account Executive at Akamai Technologies. As Digital Media Consultant Mrs. O’Neill consulted on new media and technology to Akamai customers throughout the world including News Corporation, Apple Computer, Verizon Wireless, Comcast, the BBC, Intel and various other entertainment & technology organizations. Mrs. O’Neill played an integral role in architecting and launching Apple’s iTunes application on the Akamai platform.  As Global Account Executive, Mrs. O’Neill was consistently ranked one of Akamai’s top sales performers and lead a team responsible for managing $30MM in sales to Akamai’s largest global customer. Prior to Akamai Technologies, Jennifer O’Neill worked as an Application Analyst for Delano Technologies.


Mrs. O’Neill received her B.Sc. in Computational Linguistics from Dublin City University, Ireland.



JD Cain – Chief Operating Officer

JD Cain is Chief Operating Officer of Malham USA.  Mr. Cain’s position includes responsibility for financial control, service delivery, and supply chain management.  Mr. Cain has over 14 years of Enterprise Sales, Service and Customer Relationship Management experience.  Prior to Malham USA, Mr. Cain earned his Master of Business Administration at Arizona State University (ASU) in 2006.  At ASU, Mr. Cain focused his studies in Supply Chain Management and Services Leadership.  Prior to ASU, Mr. Cain worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at Akamai Technologies.  As a Senior Technical Consultant, Mr. Cain architected solutions for high-profile customers including MTV and Viacom Properties, HSBC Bank, Yahoo!, eBay, and Sun Microsystems. Prior to Akamai, JD Cain worked as a Customer Relationship Management consultant for Cambridge Technology Partners (CTP).  At CTP, Mr. Cain designed and implemented software systems to enable fortune 500 companies identify, select, acquire, develop, and retain profitable customers.
Mr. Cain received his B.Sc. in Computer Science from Duke University.



Aileen McNamee – Office Manager

Aileen McNamee is the Office Manager of Malham USA.  Ms. McNamee worked for Malham USA since 2012.  Her responsibilities include Accounts Receivable, Customer Service and website maintenance.   Prior to coming to Malham USA, she worked in the women’s apparel business for 8 ½ years.   The majority of that time was spent as the Customer Service Supervisor but the last two years she was a Buyer and the Manufacturing Coordinator.  She has been involved in the entire process from beginning (researching upcoming trends) to the end (shipping product to the customer) and everything in between.
